- An ELISA was performed against antigen bs-8075P at a dilution of 2 µg/100 µl. The following serial dilutions using the Primary antibody against antiserum were used: 1:500, 1:1000, 1:2000, 1:4000, 1:8000, 1:16000, 1:32000. The secondary antibody was an HRP conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (bs-0294R-HRP) at a dilution of 1:5,000. TMB staining and a microplate reader at 450 nm was used for detection.
