- Western Blot Analysis: Hela cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF and probed with anti-CCT-beta antibody, clone F39 P7 F11 (0.5 μg/mL). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Arrow indicates CCT-beta (~60 kDa)
