- Western blot analysis of NAT8L in lane 1-2: 293T and A172 cell lysates (40µg lysate/lane). Samples were loaded onto a 12% SDS-PAGE gel and probed using a NAT8L Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-68424) at a 1:250 dilution, followed by incubation with a Goat anti rabbit IgG secondary antibody at a 1:8000 dilution, Exposure time: 45 seconds.
