- Detection of Human ZNF10 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of SK-Mel-28 human malignant melanoma cell line, HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, human kidney tissue, and human thymus tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human ZNF10 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB9656) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). A specific band was detected for ZNF10 at approximately 70 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
