Samples: Nuclear extract (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-BRD8 antibody NB100-79780 used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. BRD8 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-BRD8 antibody NB100-79781. For blotting immunoprecipitated BRD8, NB100-79780 was used at 0.4 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
