- Detection of Human/Mouse/Rat PI 3-Kinase p85 alpha by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line, mouse brain tissue and rat brain tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human/Mouse/Rat PI 3-Kinase p85 alpha Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF2998) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF109). A specific band was detected for PI 3-Kinase p85 alpha at approximately 85 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
