- Detection of EGF R/ErbB1 in A431 Human Cell Line by Flow Cytometry. A431 human epithelial carcinoma cell line treated with recombinant human EGF (Catalog # 236-EG) was stained with Mouse Anti-Human Phospho-EGF R/ErbB1 (Y1068) Fluorescein-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # IC3570F, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # IC003F, open histogram). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer (Catalog # FC004) and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Permeabilization/Wash Buffer I (Catalog # FC005).
