- PA1-26668 detects FAK (phospho S722) from human samples. PA1-26668 is expected to cross react with chicken, mouse, rat, and Xenopus laevis due to sequence homology. PA1-26668 has been successfully used in Western blot procedures. The PA1-26668 immunogen is a synthetic peptide phosphopeptide corresponding to a portion of FAK containing serine 722.

- Western blot detection of Phospho-FAK pSer722 in extracts of HeLa cells treated with 100 ng/mL Taxol for 24 hours. Samples were resolved by SDS-PAGE on a 10% Tris-glycine gel and transferred to PVDF, followed by incubation using a Phospho-FAK pSer722 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-26668).
