- Ki-67 expression in actively growing Jurkat cells: Cells were stained with 0.2 µg of Ki-67 antibody (red) and isotype control (green) and positively stained population was identified using PE conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody. Cells fixed and permeabilized using ice cold 70% ethanol were used in this intracellular staining protocol.
