Experimental details

Total protein extract (15 µg) from Jurkat, mouse thymus, A431, and Raw264.7 cells was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose, and probed with purified monoclonal anti-B-Raf (clone P81H12F1) antibody. Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse-IgG secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and chemiluminescence detection.
