- Immunoblot Analysis: 2 μg of human thrombin was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF and probed with anti-Thrombin, clone GMA-020 (1 μg/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a diaminobenzidine (DAB) detection system. Arrow indicates thrombin (nonreduced) (~31kDa).
