Immunofluorescence staining of human FABP4 (green) and human CD31 (red) in HDMECs with a polyclonal rabbit anti-human FABP4 antibody [Cat# 102-PA134AG] and mouse anti-human CD31 [Cat# 101-M92]. The cells were permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X100. Conjugated secondary antibody: goat anti-rabbit ALEXA Flour 488 (1:600) [Dianova] ans goat anti-mouse PE (1:400) [Santa cruz].
