- Detection of RUNX3/CBFA3 in Human PBMC lymphocytes by Flow Cytometry. Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) lymphocytes either (A) untreated or (B) treated with PMA were stained with Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse RUNX3/CBFA3 APC-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # IC3765A, filled histogram) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # IC003A, open histogram). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer (Catalog # FC004) and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Permeabilization/Wash Buffer I (Catalog # FC005).
