- Immunohistochemistry-Frozen: NDUFB5 Antibody [NBP1-85607] - PFA-fixed cryosections (14 um) of adult mouse brain.100x confocal imaging. Mitochondria are labeled. Antigen retrieval was performed in boiling 10mM citric acid (pH6) for 15 min, followed by block in 5% goat serum (PBS/ 0.3% triton) and incubated in primary ab (1:100) overnight at 4C in goat block.
