- Antigen Affinity-purified. Detects mouse TNF RII in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) TNF RII is observed and less than 1% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) CD27, rmGITR, rhDR6, rmCD30, rmCD40, rmEDAR, rmFas, rmOPG, rmRANK, and rmTNF RI is observed.
