Western Blot: 1,2. Jurkat cell lysate 3. Rat liver tissue lysate 4. Rat kidney tissue lysate stained with anti-PPAR alpha antibody (ARG20170). The antibody recognizes ~52 kDa PPARα in human sample. A ~28 kDa cleavage fragment can also be detected in samples of human, mouse, and rat origins.
