- Immunoprecipitation: NRSF Antibody [NB100-756] - Detection of Human REST by Western Blot of Immunprecipitate. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 1/4 of IP reaction loaded). Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-REST antibodies NB100-756 and NB100-757 used at 3 ug/mg lysate for IP. Immunoprecipitated REST was blotted using NB100-757 at 0.1 ug/ml. REST was more efficiently immunoprecipitated by NB100-756 than by NB100-757. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds (A and B).

Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-REST antibody NB100-756 used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. For blotting immunoprecipitated REST, NB100-756 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
