uPlasminogen Activator (uPA)/Urokinase in Human Breast Cancer Tissue. uPlasminogen Activator (uPA)/Urokinase was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human breast cancer tissue using Human uPlasminogen Activator (uPA)/Urokinase Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody at 15 ug/ml overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Goat HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).

u-Plasminogen Activator (uPA)/Urokinase in Human Breast Cancer Tissue. U-Plasminogen Activator (uPA)/Urokinase was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human breast cancer tissue using Human u-Plasminogen Activator (uPA)/Urokinase Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody at 10 ug/ml overnight at 4°C. Before incubation with the primary antibody tissue was subjected to heat-induced epitope retrieval using Antigen Retrieval Reagent-Basic. Tissue was stained using Anti-Goat HRP-DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).
