- IL-15 R alpha Inhibition of IL-15-dependent Cell Proliferation and Neutralization by Human IL-15 R alpha Antibody. Recombinant Human IL-15 R alpha Fc Chimera (Catalog # 147-IR) inhibits Recombinant Human IL-15 (Catalog # 247-IL) induced proliferation in the CTLL-2 mouse cytotoxic T cell line in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). Inhibition of Recombinant Human IL-15 (2 ng/mL) activity elicited by Recombinant Human IL-15 R alpha Fc Chimera (30 ng/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Goat Anti-Human IL-15 R alpha Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF247).
