- Western blot analysis of SPAG4 was performed by loading Lane1: Hela cell lysate (40µg), Lane1: K562 cell lysate (40µg) on to a 12% SDS-PAGE gel. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and the membrane was probed with a SPAG4 antibody (Product # PA5-49730) at a 1/1100 dilution for 30 seconds, followed by Goat anti Rabbit IgG - H&L (HRP) at 1/10000 dilution.
