- Detection of Human PON2 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of human liver tissue, Huh-7 human hepatoma cell line, HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line, and HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Human PON2 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB4344) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF005). A specific band was detected for PON2 at approximately 40-42 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 2.
