- CD3 epsilon in Human PBMCs. CD3 epsilon was detected in immersion fixed human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) using Mouse Anti-Human CD3 epsilon Alexa Fluor® 594-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (red; Catalog # FAB100T) at 10 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature.
