- Figure 1. Western blot of p53 in MCF-7 (Lane A), Lovo (B), and HeLa (C) whole cell lysates labeled with rabbit polyclonal Anti-p53 (Ser15) antibody (Cat# 28011). Immunoreactive bands were detected at ~53 kDa in the lysates. Goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L), highly cross-adsorbed, HiLyte Fluor™ 750-labeled secondary antibody (Cat# 61056-05-H750 or 61056-1-H750) was used and the signals detected using an infrared-imaging system (Odyssey, Li-Cor).
