- Detection of Human and Mouse TOP2B by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line, Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cell line, MOLT-4 human acute lymphoblastic leukemia cell line, K562 human chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line, and CH-1 mouse B cell lymphoma cell line. PVDF Membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse TOP2B Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB6348) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). A specific band was detected for TOP2B at approximately 185 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

- TOP2B in HeLa Human Cell Line. TOP2B was detected in immersion fixed HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line using Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse TOP2B Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB6348) at 25 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using the NorthernLights™ 557-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (red, upper panel; Catalog # NL007) and counterstained with DAPI (blue, lower panel).
