- Western blot analysis of NALP6 was performed by loading 15 µg of cell lysates (HeLa, MCF-7, and THP-1) on SDS-PAGE. Proteins were transferred to a membrane and blocked with 5% non-fat dry milk in TBST. The membrane was probed with a NALP6 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-21022) at 2 µg/mL in TBST. The membrane was washed with TBST and probed with a goat anti-rabbit IgG-HRP secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:10,000.
