Experimental details

Western blot analysis of cell lysate of Jurkat (50 ug) were resolved by SDS - PAGE , transferred to NC membrane and probed with DNAJA1 monoclonal antibody , clone k1C7 (1 : 1000) (Cat # MAB1102). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
