Antigen Affinity-purified. Detects porcine IL-1 beta/IL-1F2 in ELISAs and Western blots. In sandwich immunoassays, less than 1.5% cross-reactivity with recombinant rat (rr) IL-1 beta is observed and less than 0.4% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) IL-1 beta , recombinant cotton rat IL-1 beta , and recombinant human (rh) IL-1 beta is observed.
