Western Blot using R1130P IL1B antibody at 1/200 dilution incubated 1 h at RT to detect Dog IL-1B.The Molecular weight of the detected band is estimated by comparison to molecular weight markers (not shown). Detection occurred using a 1/3,000 dilution of IRDye™800 conjugated Donkey anti-Rabbit IgG for 1h at RT. LICOR's Odyssey® Infrared Imaging System was used to scan and process the image. Other detection systems will yield similar results.Lane 1: Loaded with 2.5 µg of Dog IL-1B.Lane 1: Loaded with 500 ng of Dog IL-1B.
