- Detection of Human Sirtuin 3/SIRT3 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of human liver tissue, human heart ventricle tissue, and human kidney tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human Sirtuin 3/SIRT3 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB7488) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). A specific band was detected for Sirtuin 3/SIRT3 at approximately 28 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.
