- PA1-4163 detects IKAP in human samples. PA1-4163 has been successfully used in Western blot procedures. By Western blot this antibody detects a ~158 kDa protein representing IKAP in Interleukin-1-stimulated 293 cells. The PA1-4163 immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues I(148) H Q D D F G E S K F I T V(161) of huamn IKAP. This sequence is 92% conserved in rat, and 85% conserved in mouse.
