Western blot analysis from lysates of human skin tissue. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Goat Anti-human Galectin-7 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-47124) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody. A specific band was detected for Galectin-7 at approximately 15 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions.
