- Nectin-4 in Human Placenta. Nectin-4 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human placenta using 10 ug/ml Goat Anti-Human Nectin-4 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody overnight at 4°C. Before incubation with the primary antibody tissue was subjected to heat-induced epitope retrieval using Antigen Retrieval Reagent-Basic. Tissue was stained with Anti-Goat HRP-DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).
