- Experimental details
- Flow cytometry analysis of CD32/FCGR2 was done on human peripheral blood granulocytes. Lysed whole blood was stained with a CD32/FCGR2 mouse monoclonal antibody (Product # MA1-81191) at a concentration of 0.2mg/mL for 1 hour at room temperature. Cells were washed twice with PBS, and stained with a Goat anti-Mouse IgG1 Secondary Antibody, RPE conjugate (Product # P-21129) at a dilution of 1:10 for 20 minutes at room temperature. A separate peripheral blood sample was also stained with a mouse IgG1 isotype control, RPE conjugate (Product # MG104) also at 0.2 mg/mL. Panel A shows gating of peripheral blood cell types. Panel B shows gated, stained granulocytes analyzed for CD32 fluorescent intensity. A representative 10,000 events were acquired and analyzed for each sample.
