Description

This Histone H2AX phospho Ser139 antibody (H2AXS139Ph) has been validated for use in Western blotting (1:1,000 - 1:5,000 dilution) and in immunofluorescence on HeLa cells with or without gamma irradiation to cause double-strand DNA breaks (1:500 dilution). Specificity for phospho-serine 139 was confirmed by dot blot with non-modified H2AX peptide or a peptide phosphorylated at serine 139.
