- PA1-956 detects decoy receptor 1 (DcR1) from human and rat tissues and cells. PA1-956 has been successfully used in FACS and Western blot procedures. By Western blot, this antibody detects an ~30 kDa protein representing DcR1 from HEK293 cell lysate. PA1-956 immunizing peptide corresponds to amino acid residues 24-35 of human DcR1. PA1-956 immunizing peptide (Cat. # PEP-047) is available for use in neutralization and control experiments.
