- WB of 0.25 to 20ng of phosphorylated Erk and 0.5-4ug of the non-phosphorylated protein. The Phospho-ERK1/2 antibody reacts specifically with as little as 0.25 ng of phosphorylated p42 MAP kinase and does not cross-react with up to 4 ?g of nonphosphorylated p42 MAP kinase.
