- Western blot analysis was performed on tissue extracts (30 µg lysate) of Mouse Brain (Lane 1), Rat Brain (Lane 2), Mouse Liver (Lane 3) and Mouse Heart (Lane 4). The blot was probed with Anti-GAD65/GAD67 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-38102, 1:500 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.25 µg/mL, 1:4000 dilution). 65 and 67kDa bands corresponding to GAD65/GAD67 were observed across all tissue lysates tested except Mouse Liver and Mouse Heart which are reported negative for GAD65/GAD67 expression.
