- Western blot analysis of CRK using 30 µg of A431 lysate. Samples were loaded onto a 12% SDS-PAGE gel and probed with a CRK polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-27293) at a dilution of 1:1500.

- Western blot was performed using Anti-Crk Polyclonal Antibody(Product # PA5-27293) and a ~34kDa band corresponding to Crk was observed across cell lines and tissues tested. Membrane enriched extracts (30ug lysate) of HeLa (Lane 1), MDA-MB-231 (Lane 2), MCF-7 (Lane 3), SH-SY5Y (Lane 4), IMR-32 (Lane 5), Caco-2 (Lane 6), NIH/3T3 (Lane 7), SK-OV-3 (Lane 8), Mouse Lung (Lane 9), Mouse Liver (Lane 10) and Mouse Brain (Lane 11), were electrophoresed using NuPAGE™ 4-12% Bis-Tris Protein Gel (Product # NP0322BOX). Resolved proteins were then transferred onto a Nitrocellulose membrane (Product # LC2002) by iBlot® 2 Dry Blotting System (Product # IB21001). The blot was probed with the primary antibody (1:1000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence with Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Recombinant Secondary Antibody, HRP (Product # A27036,1:4000) using the iBright FL 1000 (Product # A32752). Chemiluminescent detection was performed using Novex® ECL Chemiluminescent Substrate Reagent Kit (Product # WP20005).
