- Flow cytometry of BHLHE40 in A431 cells. Samples were incubated in BHLHE40 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-16546) using a dilution of 2.5 µg/mL for 30 minutes at room temperature. Antibody (blue) and a matched isotype control (orange). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and then permeabilized with 0.1% saponin. Both antibodies were conjugated to Alexa Fluor 647.

- Immunoprecipitation of BHLHE40 was performed using HeLa and 293T cells. Antigen-antibody complexes were formed by incubating whole cell lysate from HeLa and 293T cells (50 µg for WB and 1 mg/IP, 20% of IP loaded for 293T cells) with BHLHE40 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA1-16546). Anti-DEC1 antibody used for WB at 0.1 µg/mL (A) and 1 µg/mL (B) and for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 3 minutes (A) and 30 seconds (B).
