Experimental details

Detection of Human NEDD9 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of Daudi human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line and MCF-7 human breast cancer cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human NEDD9 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF5459) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Goat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF109). A specific band was detected for NEDD9 at approximately 105 and 110 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 2.
