- Product name
- anti-Microtubule-Associated Protein 1 Light Chain 3 alpha (MAP1LC3A) antibody
- Antibody type
- Polyclonal
- Antigen
- A synthetic peptide from human microtubule-associated proteins 1A/1B light chain 3A (MAP1LC3A, MAP1A/MAP1B LC3 A) conjugated to an immunogenic carrier protein has been used as the immunogen. The antigen is homologous in rat, mouse and bovine.
- Description
- The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide is removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
- Reactivity
- Human
- Host
- Rabbit
- Vial size
- 100 μL
- Storage
- Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20°C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8°C for a shorter term. When reconstituting, glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability.
- Handling
- Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.
