- Immunoprecipitation: Optineurin Antibody [NB100-97837] - Detection of Human Optineurin by Western Blot of Immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Optineurin antibody NB100-97837 used for IP at 3 mcg/mg lysate. Optineurin was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-Optineurin antibodies NB100-97838 and NB100-97839, which recognize downstream epitopes. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
