- Western blot analysis was performed on modified whole cell extracts (1% SDS) (30 µg lysate) of Hep G2 (Lane 1), A-431 (Lane 2) and HeLa (Lane 3). The blot was probed with Anti- PGC1 alpha Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-38021, 1:1000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.25 µg/mL, 1:4000 dilution). A 90 kDa band corresponding to PGC1 alpha was detected across the cell lines tested. An uncharacterized band (*) around 60kDa was observed in all the cell lines tested.
