Western blot analysis of Dnmt3L using Dnmt3L antibody: GST tagged full length recombinant Human Dnmt3L in the 1) pre immune sera and 2) abesence of immunizing peptide, probed with 2 µg/ml of Dnmt3L antibody. Goat anti-rabbit Ig HRP secondary antibody and PicoTect ECL substrate solution were used for this test.
