Description

PA1-18270 detects Synphilin-1 from human and rat samples. PA1-18270 has been successfully used in immunohistochemistry and Western blot procedures. The PA1-18270 immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues C A S K G K N K A A of human synphilin-1a, conjugated to KLH. After reconstitution keep aliquots at -20ºC for a higher stability, and at 4ºC with an appropriate antibacterial agent. Glycerol (1:1) may be added for additional stability. Avoid repetitive freeze/thaw cycles. Reconstitute with 100 ul of distilled water. Centrifuge to remove any insoluble material.
