- Western blot analysis of AIRE in multiple cell lines using a AIRE polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-18067) at a concentration of 1 µg/mL. The cell lysates were prepared with RIPA buffer and chemiluminescence was used for target detection. Nuclear Jurkat cells were used in A, Human Spleen in B, and human smooth muscle as a negative control in C.

- Flow cytometric analysis of AIRE in Jurkat cells using a polyclonal antibody (Product #PA5-18067). Jurkat cells (blue line) were paraformaldehyde fixed and permeabilized with 0.5% Triton. The primary antibody was incubated for overnight (10 µg/mL) followed by an Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (1 µg/mL). IgG control: Unimmunized goat IgG (black line) followed by an Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody.
