- Cell lysate of Jurkat (30 ug) was resolved by SDS-PAGE and probed with TOLLIP monoclonal antibody, clone k1B17 (Cat # MAB2057) (1:500). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
