- Western blot analysis of SIRT5 expression in MW marker (lane 1), recombinant human SIRT5 protein (lane 2), recombinant human SIRT3 protein (lane 3), recombinant human SIRT2 protein (lane 4) and recombinant human SIRT1 protein (lane 5). SIRT5 at 29KD was detected using rabbit anti- SIRT5 Partially purified from rabbit serum with immunodepletion polyclonal antibody (Catalog # A02395) at 1: 2500. The blot was developed using colorimetric method.
