- Detection of Human CD300g/Nepmucin by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line and THP-1 human acute monocytic leukemia cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-Human CD300g/Nepmucin Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF5328) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). Specific bands were detected for CD300g/Nepmucin at approximately 75-95 kDa and 37 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 8.
