- Immunoprecipitation: TRPM2 Antibody [NB500-241] - Detection of human TRPM2 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Membrane Prep (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TRPM2 antibody NB500-241 used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. TRPM2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-TRPM2 antibody NB500-242. For blotting immunoprecipitated TRPM2, NB500-241 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
